DeLuca’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. DeLuca agrees to exercise reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by you in connection with this web site (the “Site”).

Browsing
DeLuca does not collect personal information about individuals browsing this Site (“Visitors”) except when specifically and knowingly provided by such Visitors and will not sell, rent or trade personal information about Visitors to any third party.

Information Requested
When a Visitor requests information regarding a DeLuca Community and provides personal contact information, that information is used to enable DeLuca to promptly and efficiently reply to the Visitor’s request. Any additional personal information, provided to DeLuca in response to survey questions or in response to additional registration questions, is used by DeLuca to ensure that we are offering products and services that meet the needs of our clients. DeLuca will not sell, rent or trade personal information about Visitors who make requests to any third party.

Buyers
If you decide to purchase a home in a DeLuca Community, you will be asked to sign our standard sales agreement (the “Sales Agreement”). The Sales Agreement (a copy of which can be obtained from your sales representative) states that we may share your personal contact information (name, address, telephone, and email address) with the subcontractors that are involved in the construction of your home. This is done to help facilitate the design-selection process and to improve customer satisfaction.

Borrowers
If you decide to finance the purchase of your home through DH Financial (a joint venture between Deluca Enterprises, Inc. and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage), you will be expected to provide personal information to DH Financial. Please review the Privacy Policy of DH Financial.

Realtors
DeLuca provides a registration page on this Site for realtors. The data collected from realtors is used by DeLuca to assist registered realtors in their efforts to market DeLuca homes. By registering, you are giving your approval for DeLuca to send e-mail messages to you regarding sales opportunities at DeLuca Communities. You may opt-out of receiving such communications. (See below for Opt-Out Procedures.)

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, DeLuca may also disclose personal information in special cases: (1) when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) DeLuca’s rights or property or anyone that could be harmed by such activities; (2) when, after good faith research, we believe that the law requires it; (3) to DeLuca’s sales and marketing personnel and its suppliers, business partners, regional managers and/or sales representatives as necessary to provide service or information to you that you have requested; and (4) in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person.

"Cookies"

How You Can Review or Correct Your Personal Information
You can contact DeLuca at: salesadmin@delucahomes.com to ask if we are keeping personal information about you. If we do have personal information about you, we will provide you with a readable copy of such personal information at no charge. Factual errors in your personal information, including out-of-date information, can be corrected by sending us a request that credibly shows our error.

Opt-Out Procedures
You may always opt-out of receiving communications from us and/or from our receiving or maintaining your personal information. To remove any personal information from our database or to not receive future electronic communications from DeLuca, send an e-mail message to: optout@delucahomes.com with the word "remove" in the subject line.

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We do not collect or maintain information at the Site from persons we know to be under age 13, and no part of our Site is designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicate with or contact us if you are under age 13.
