For this family, their new home at the Estates at Devonshire is exactly what they wanted!
Niraj and his wife knew what they were looking for when they started house hunting in New Jersey. They were living in New York City, but were moving to Jersey to be closer to family. They wanted a neighborhood that was close to the town, and had younger families. They were drawn to Mullica Hill because of its downtown, restaurants and shops.
They looked at many other builders in the area, but ultimately chose DeLuca Homes. “We liked that DeLuca allowed customizations that the bigger builders didn’t,” remembers Niraj. “The location is perfect, the community isn’t too big, and we were able to build the home we envisioned!”
The buying experience was challenging, as they made many changes, in the end creating a semi-custom home. Though the DeLuca Homes building process wasn’t designed for their level of customization, Niraj and his wife found the DeLuca team willing to work with them. “DeLuca is the right balance between a large builder and a custom builder,” says Niraj. “Their willingness to do customizations, even in larger communities, makes them different.”
And what’s their favorite part of their new Yorkshire model home at Devonshire? According to Niraj, “Everything! Everything is exactly how we wanted it. During the orientation walk-through, my wife and I walked around and said to each other, ‘This is exactly what we wanted.’ We were cooking dinner together a few nights ago, and realized that this home is awesome!”
