Through December 20: A Christmas Carol – Virtual

 

Curl up on the couch with a hot drink and cozy blankets as you enjoy a Christmas classic right from your screen. Open Space in Harrisburg will offer free access to their performance of A Christmas Carol on YouTube from now until December 20. Stream the show to your TV and gather your family for a fun-filled evening of holiday cheer before Christmas! 

 

Through December 24: Inaugural Amazing Christmas Village at Neshaminy Square

 

There’s no better feeling than finding a special gift for a loved one. (Or even for yourself!) If you’re ready to do some holiday shopping, look no further than this brand new, European-style outdoor market filled with all of the shopping and dining you love. Browse unique gifts from decorated vendors, and pick out the perfect tree for your DeLuca home at the Amazing Christmas Tree tent. There will be live entertainment all season long! 

 

Through December 30: North Pole Express Train by New Hope Railroad

 

All aboard! Take a trip back in time and enjoy a magical, 1-hour ride through New Hope to Lahaska on this festive, family-friendly train. You and your family are invited to enjoy festive cheer as you journey through a Christmas wonderland on a beautifully restored passenger car. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served, and there will be live music to sing along to, as well as an opportunity for your kids to send their letter to Santa through the special red postbox. Santa and his elves will be waiting at the end of the ride! 

 

Through December 30: Wild Lights at Elmwood Park Zoo

 

Take a walk on the wild side and enjoy this spirited, yearly attraction at Elmwood Park Zoo! Festive lights, decorative attractions, and animals await to add magic to your holiday season. Explore the “Oh” Christmas Tree, wander the glistening forest, and say hello to the big cats in the Trail of the Jumping Jaguar. There will be live entertainment, holiday music, visits with Santa, and of course, the most unique animal encounters around. 

 

Through January 10: Shady Brook Farm Light Show

 

Every year, Shady Brook Farm transforms into a dazzling light show with more than 3 million lights illuminating acres of farmland. Take a drive or an open-air wagon ride through this one-of-a-kind spectacle full of fantastic displays and characters. You can also stop into the market for family-friendly holiday fun, including toasty campfires, hot cocoa, s’mores kits, tasty treats, adult drinks, and more.

 

Through January 10: A Longwood Christmas at Longwood Gardens

 

Surround yourself with holiday cheer at Longwood Gardens, where acres of twinkling lights are waiting to dazzle you. Beneath the towering trees, you and your family will enjoy the sight of beautiful winter plants and flowers, along with magic in the Garden Railway and shimmering tunnel of light. There will be cozy fire pits for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the spirit of the holidays all around. 

 

All Season: Peddler’s Village

 

There’s no place as magical as Peddler’s Village around the holidays. This beloved, old-fashioned village in New Hope dazzles with everything that makes the season so special. Enjoy 65 specialty shops and boutiques, enchanting holiday decorations, fine dining or casual eats, a 1920s carousel, a magnificent display of gingerbread houses, and of course, the company of friends and neighbors alike. You can also indulge in the Adult Holiday Cookie Decorating Night event on December 17!
