POST MOVE-IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Once you move into your new DeLuca home, our team is available to help you with all of your home service and warranty needs. Our courteous customer service professionals are dedicated to helping you with any questions, and will schedule appointments for all of your DeLuca service needs.
60-DAY HOME WARRANTY INSPECTION
After you’ve moved into your new home, you may discover items that qualify for warranty repair. A customer service technician will review those items, and do a Service Assessment to make sure nothing has been missed. A customer service representative will then schedule any needed repairs.
1-YEAR HOME WARRANTY INSPECTION
Every new home goes through a normal period of settling and shrinkage which may result in common defects. Prior to your one year anniversary, you will review any warrantable concerns with a customer service technician who will perform a One-Year Service Assessment. Customer service will work with you to schedule any needed repairs.
1-YEAR PROTECTION PLAN
Warranty covers materials, workmanship, plumbing; air conditioning; and heating, electrical, and ventilating systems.
12-YEAR PROTECTION PLAN
Warranty covers load-bearing structural components including beams, bearing columns and walls, footings, girders, lintels, posts, roof sheathing, structural fasteners, and subfloors.
