Registered Realtors/Brokers will be eligible to participate in:
- Tiered Rewards Program. After your first DeLuca home sale, you are automatically enrolled in The Realtor Rewards Program, a tiered commission schedule for the sale of all new homes in a calendar year.
First sale = 3% commission
Second sale = 3.25% commission
Third sale = 3.5% commission
Fourth and every sale thereafter = 4% commission
- The Realtor Relocation Reimbursement Program. We know it’s not always easy to coordinate with the out-of-towners, and we appreciate the effort you make when it comes to moving your relocating clients into our communities. So, in addition to our standard commission, we’ll reimburse you up to $5,000 in relocation fees.
- The Fabulous 50/50 Program. Earn 50% upfront commission at the time of the mortgage commitment; receive the second 50% upon closing. 3% commission on base price of new home. Half paid when final loan approval received, all selections completed, full deposit, and all contingencies satisfied. Subject to approval. Balance of half commission paid at closing. For Quick Delivery Homes, commission is based on the net selling price.
