What is Prickett Preserve at Edgewood?
Prickett Preserve at Edgewood will be a unique addition to the region. DeLuca Homes along with other developers will be developing and building this wondrous site as a “Live. Work. Play.” community.
DeLuca Homes has partnered with Envision Land Use (ELU) and David M. Bank Real Estate to create ELU DeLuca Yardley, LLC. They will own the commercial portion of the site, showcasing 155,000 square feet of retail space including a Wegmans. Now that is a shopper’s dream!
Another intriguing headline about this retail space is that an existing barn and house on the site will be converted for retail use. Residents of Lower Makefield Township can also enjoy the nearby community space right in the center of it all.

As previously mentioned, it is located in Lower Makefield Township of Pennsylvania. But keeping in line with the convenient “Live. Work. Play.” concept, it is adjacent to I-295 and close to major highways like US Hwy 1, so you can easily travel to other areas of Buck County.
It also connects to the surrounding office parks, along with the Edgewood Village, which is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places. There will never be a dull moment living in or around this special new development.
