Why I’m Thankful for My New DeLuca Home!
At this time of year, we look around us and contemplate the good things in our lives, the things we are grateful for. One of our new homeowners says she is definitely thankful for her new home at Flowers Field!
Samantha P. needed to relocate for work, but she and her boyfriend wanted to stay in Pennsylvania and didn’t have the time for a “fixer upper”. They wanted something turn-key, and had heard good things about Yardley. As she recalls, “We came across Flowers Field and thought it was in a great location. We were a little nervous about building… we had heard so many terrible stories about builders not following through with timelines and poor communication. But every person we worked with at DeLuca was great! They followed through with the timeline, and our home was completed in line with their original projection.”
When asked what they like the most about their new neighborhood, Samantha says, “I like the diversity, not only in the color and design of the homes, but also that there are single-family, double and triple townhomes. The location is great… close to the highway, which is convenient for my commute to work, and only a short drive to Yardley and Newtown. And we are so close to the grocery store and shopping centers.”
And what about their new home? “My favorite part of our home is the kitchen because of all the cabinet and counter space. The granite and cabinet colors are exactly what I’ve always wanted. I also love our fireplace,” Samantha enthuses. “And picking out everything was so easy to do! The salesperson we worked with was really helpful when we asked for her opinion, but also gave us time to talk through things on our own. We didn’t feel rushed, and there were always people available and willing to answer any questions we had during the process.”
One final note from Samantha: “We are very pleased with our decision to move to Flowers Field, and are so excited to watch the community grow and meet our new neighbors. I would definitely recommend DeLuca Homes to friends and family. Even living through the construction of homes around us, we have had a pleasant time settling in.”
All in all, Samantha sounds like she’s a very happy – and thankful – DeLuca Homeowner!
